Due to the recent spike in Coronavirus cases, the State of Kentucky has rolled back gatherings to less than 10 people and requires facemasks in public areas. After several planning sessions and feedback from the State of Kentucky regarding groups of 10 or more, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s annual Poker Run held at State Dock Marina.

This will help us with buying equipment that will help better the Team to help you, the people of Lake Cumberland. We also are aware of the issue that we had with the Go-fund me page and we are working on a solution. We look forward to this event each year as it is the highlight and culmination of our season. The event has grown over the years and is now one of the premier events on Lake Cumberland.

Many of you have reservations with us this year and we hope that you will still enjoy the lake and a vacation away from the daily grind with us at State Dock. Understanding some only stay for the Run, we will accommodate those with cancellations as soon as possible.

The staff will be reaching out to sponsors, reservations, and participants to assist in confirming, rescheduling, or canceling your trip. Again, we hope to see you for a fun Holiday Weekend albeit, in compliance with the State CDC’s requirements for social distancing.
